Review, advice and drafting of necessary documents relating to the purchase or sale of a business or business assets, and representation of business entities in civil litigation and arbitration.

Real Estate: Advising individuals and businesses on issues of ownership, use, purchase, sale and development of real estate. Providing review, advice and drafting of commercial and residential documents relating to real estate, including without limitation, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, options to purchase, promissory notes, mortgages, deeds, easements, boundary agreements, notices of mechanics liens, and declarations of covenants and restrictions.

Closings/Title Insurance: Representing sellers, buyers and financial institutions, serving as closing agent, and providing title insurance in residential and commercial real estate closings.

Landlord/Tenant: Providing comprehensive legal assistance to commercial and residential landlords and tenants. Our services include, without limitation, the review, negotiation and drafting of leases, notices to quit and terminate leases, notices relating to the retention of security deposits, representation in forcible entry and detainer (eviction) proceedings, and representation in litigation necessary to secure judgment and payment for amounts owed or damages suffered under a lease.

Condominium: We have significant experience in assisting clients in matters of condominium development (both new construction and condominium conversions). Our services include, without limitation, providing advice relating to the purchase of suitable land or buildings, review and advice relating to municipal requirements and restrictions, drafting of public offering statements, creation of condominium associations, and assistance with the marketing, sale and lease of newly created condominium units. We provide representation for developers, individuals and condominium associations relating to the interpretation and enforcement of provisions of condominium declarations and rules and regulations.

Family Law: Providing representation in divorce and post-divorce matters (including the amendment of parental rights and responsibilities, visitation, primary residence, child support and spousal support), and representation of unmarried individuals in matters relating to the parental rights and responsibilities of their children (including visitation, primary residence, child support and reimbursement for expenses).

Civil Litigation & Personal Injury: Providing representation in civil litigation, including personal injury matters, discrimination claims, insurance claims, breach of contract and other causes of actions for individuals and business entities.

Estate Planning & Probate: Preparation of wills, simple trusts, advance healthcare directives, powers of attorney, assistance with probate matters (including the probate of a will, will contests and representation of personal representatives).
